About Trinhtoro

Hello there! My name is Trinh Le, AKA Trinhtoro. I am a user experience specialist and digital illustrator based in Rochester, New York. My artwork is inspired by food, nature, and my beloved pets. I strive to capture the simple beauty of these inspirations and also reflect my philosophy of bringing hyped goodness by creating bold statements that resonate with joy and excitement ((´｡• ᵕ •｡`) ♡.

How can I purchase your creations?

You can find my work in my online shop or at local art and craft fairs and festivals. Find a list of where I'll be on my Events page.

Sticker shipment

The standard shipment of stickers comes in a normal mailing envelope, does not include tracking information, and typically takes 7-14 business days for delivery. However, delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen delays in the shipping process.

Refund policy

I do not offer refunds. However, I will issue a refund for any defective or damaged products caused by me or if the product received differs from the item ordered. I will also refund if the product has yet to be printed or shipped due to an error on my part. To request a refund, please contact me within seven days of receiving your order and provide a photo of the defective or damaged product and your order number. I will do my best to resolve these issues.
